Day 80 - Vichyssoise Reconstructed

I know vichyssoise is supposed to be pureed and cold but I make mine hot, chunky and include hot Italian sausage. I think it's now potato leek soup but we still call it Vichyssoise.

Brunch - eggs, sausage and hashbrowns

Lunch - potato soup

Dinner - pork loin and cabbage with apples
