I loved the old science fiction movie or was it a TV episode where the person discovered the friendly alien's book "To Serve Mankind" was a cookbook.This is my version, a well fed alien on the cover of a book "101 Ways To Serve Humans".
Breakfast - scrambled eggs and ham
Lunch - carrots, radishes, and swiss cheese
Dinner - Jack Daniels burger with sweet potato fries
