Local sweet corn is finally available and it was worth the wait. I'm listening to an audio book with a murder committed in a corn field; it was tempting to draw an evil ear of corn but I resisted.Brunch - odd but tasty casserole with bits of many things excavated from the freezer and a salad.
Dinner - meatballs, oven fries, sweet corn
Snacks - sugar free fudgesicle, craisins, almonds
