I've continued to do food drawings but they've been more like comic strip boxes so I have been rather lax about uploading them.

I am guilty of mindless grazing and thought if I did a food diary with a daily drawing I might start making better choices. I tried a traditional food diary but became bored and stopped adding to it by mid morning. I like to sketch and doodle so it seemed like a better medium for me.
