This marker drawing was inspired by the old movies with Carmen Miranda wearing a giant fruit headdress. She actually looks a bit like the women you would find in Mad magazine; that makes sense since I used to redraw many of the characters in Mad magazine as a child. The bananas are from a Printer's Pantone advertisement.Breakfast - chicken and cole slaw
