Dinner - shepard's pie made with cauliflower, cheese, hot Italian sausage, mixed vegetables, mashed potato dollops.
Snack - nuts, bananas

I am guilty of mindless grazing and thought if I did a food diary with a daily drawing I might start making better choices. I tried a traditional food diary but became bored and stopped adding to it by mid morning. I like to sketch and doodle so it seemed like a better medium for me.
