Day 71 - Carrots May Not Improve Your Eyesight
I did another in my mini series, you are what you eat. I have a drawing of a carrot with eye glasses reading an eye chart. He has a carrot leaf comb over.
Breakfast - peanut butter and whole wheat crackers
Lunch - 2 oranges and carrots
Dinner - mashed potatoes and ham
Snack - macadamia nuts
