I used to deny saying "you betcha" until I heard my bird mimicking the phrase and I never realized I said "cool beans" until someone remarked on it.
Lunch - steak and salad
Dinner - chicken and salad
Snack - those nasty strawberry wafer cookies that taste so good with ice cream and ice cream to keep the cookies company
